There is always the opportunity to grow career wise which is interesting. Again,there is fairness in promotion.

Study leave is still not properly streamlined as some few people still have favourites,also,work environment is not always conducive.In some offices,basic working tools are lucking.

My work at the service is interesting.However,there is the need for clarity of the roles of administrative manager and that of health service administrators.Also,there is the need for clear distinction between the admin manager and HR managers.

Ghana health service is ever ready to allow me to give out the best in me, staff and patients relationship is very important as well as job security

Dislikes

There are often shortage of logistics and working equipment. Mostly the available ones are at times faulty

Overall, my work under the Ghana health service was a bit challenging since there was at shortage of basic logistics like gloves , syringe and emergency medications. But I will say staff-patient relationship was really cordial
