1. The curriculum of Ghana education service is more of liberal instead of including vocational and technical. 2. Teachers have no voice to share their views. Teacher unions don't who are supposed to be the voice of the poor teacher are clothed with politics and selfish interests.

Moreover , there is poor supervision of work by officials and if any do not comment on the good work of hard working but only on the negative. The promotion formate is obsolete and just not appropriate. There is also a huge gap for management to organise in service training for her employees.
