You can learn a lot of tools while working in GGS for various projects. If you are linguistic enough, i.e. if you can speak / understand Tamil, you can learn a lot here. Job security won't be much of an issue if you speak are good with the tools you use, have decent command over English and are 'flexible' to take up whatever role isoffered to you. Work culture isn't that great, people belonging to the management are a different category altogether and the rest are mere 'resources'. I have spent 2 years in this company and I still don't know what to write about policies. Apart from the fact that you can't quit without serving the 2-month notice period (when the company is in need), I can't really comment on any other policy as such....Read More

Teammates are often nice, polite if you put your effort to mingle with them. Training is a sham, it actually depends on your personal willingness and your linguistic skills. No one is really going to train you particularly, people are just gonna be doing their job and you just have to sit beside them, observe, try to grasp and ask doubts if you wish to. Career growth, I would say, is close to zero. Appraisals are minimal, just for name sake. That too didn't happen for a year citing Covid. Salary is literally peanuts, unless you are some top management employee's relative. If the company asks you to travel somewhere, they do provide reimbursement (after about a month probably). Politics is everywhere and GGS is no exception. It actually, everywhere, depends on how manipulative you are. If you aren't, you're screwed. The bottom line would be: try to avoid getting here till the last extent, when you're only left with the option of remaining unemployed, then GGS can be considered. Anyhow after seeing no growth or similar opportunities, you're bound to suffocate. And I don't see a clear picture of what I am gonna be doing even after I get out of here....Read More

Very worst company with full of politics. The person is not even a degree holder but he is a deputy project manager. In Daimler project specially wiring harness(Samuel xxxx) worth less guy with full of head weight and self centred aged guy. He will talk very bad about ladies, GGS is also accepting and keeping quite.

Quality of work and productivity never appreciated. Only quantity delivered and number of hours spent in the office premises are taken into account for employee evaluation.
