U get work on volvo trucks which itself is a big thing. Once you start working on real projects you will be hungry for knowledge and you get to communicate with international clients. You get to have a huge knowledge source from volvo which u can get to access from this company.

Growth is slow. I have to work 10 to 12 hours straight in a day becaus there is so much load. Team lead and all seniors are from service background especially my TL is a buffoon who doesn't know how to communicate with colleague dont know how to treat juniors and training them is impossible since he doesn't know anything since theyall from dealership background they act like they are still in services. Appraisal is a shit only seniors will get appraisal like 10k to 15k and juniors only get meager 500 rs no facilities like gym,cafeteria,free food etc. The only good thing is the client is volvo truck. You have to work only because of that reason and there is job guarantee at all since Covid-19 break through they laid off 60 people within a week....Read More
