There is nothing to like here.Hectic work, micromanagement, you have put 10 hours at least excluding lunch time. Many times your hard work credits will be harvested by management's favourite pets.Most of the managers came from very small company with bad work culture, so they behave like ggk is utopia.Senior management has very stingy behaviour. Dislikes

You will be asked to do more apart from the project do some innovation and you will be burdened by project work and trainings. You will soon be fed up of listening this cliche every month. Some leads are great pretenders. Overall it's a bad company unless you don't have any offer and you are starving don't join this company.Compny follow no ethics while firing.There is no job security.
