Being a startup, you get to learn a lot of different and not just things in your field. The work culture is amazing. You get to learn a lot from the Co-founders, as they have an open door policy and always up for a quick chat over any topic.

Work-life balance is a bit of a challenge, as you're expected to be available round the clock. You will find people being biased, and certainly with the salary figures you will feel it is unfair. Very less appreciations/recognitions as well.
