Pagonxt gives freedom to grow if you have talent to explore into new roles and responsibilities. Management having clear mission and vision goals.

Dislikes

No major issues. Mean time promotion is bit slow. You have to really be outrated to go to next position.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
