There is an inclusion of politics and favoritism. Nowadays, the environment in GMU is no longer conducive to work. Recently, there were a lot of changes introduced that led to a mass exodus of talented individuals from the company. The content lead has a lot to learn in terms of man-management. Firing people just because they asked for a sanitizer during the COVID-19 first wave, is very absurd. One guy was fired because he asked for properly sealed windows and doors to prevent the coworkers from getting bitten by the mosquitoes that bred in a gutter nearby. Giving people a raise after only they commit another year to GMU is another tyrannical decision taken by the management. The HR department of this company is completely ignorant about the salary structure and is shielded by the management. At last, the CEO of the company is a good guy who has turned the blind eye to the malpractices that are happening just under his nose....Read More

The new management of collegedekho is terrible. It’s a horror show with the new management. Starting from the senior management to the HR they all believe in micromanagement. There is no growth provided to long standing employees. There have been pay cuts and no appraisals. It’s a rotten system. Has turned into a terrible place to work at.

The overall experience was bad, because when I first joined there was no structure and micromanagement was rampant. I still believe micromanagement exists at the company.
