Zero professionalism. They hired my junior & let him off in just 1 month along with more than 20 employees(no one from management or business team) in a day stating the reason that company is facing financial problem due to lack of funding.

Working at Getmega feels like a Time-pass work. There's no job security, the company will put your name down once your tenure will complete like 3 months or an year + There's no work culture as their is no physical workplace. It's just a work from home process. Top-Management is absolutely out of communication with their employees. Management doesn't know even if you're working or chilling. Use of bad managerial strategies to promote the app is a red flag. It's a 6 day work from home process from 10 AM to 6PM. They even told us to change the company name on Linkedin....Read More
