Hi everyone, please read full message This message is for all of you who want to join the company. After seeing the company review and recruitment process I have joined this company in September month for better growth. But when I joined I came to know that there is no management, very negative company. They will treat you like youare just a worker and not an employee. Management is very very bad. Not a single person from the headquarter Jaipur supported us. Neither the management or not the HR team.Neither Identity Card (I Card) was provided nor Salary slip was given during the tenure of 5 months. And after 4-5 months, in the last month of January, it was said that you are being terminated by saying that Gurgaon office is going to be closed while still Gurgaon office is open. Neither did they send us any written mail nor did they speak on a direct call, what kind of HR hearacry is this. They terminate us without any notice over the mail and without any reason.We are still not able to join another company because today only we have got our relieving letter after 2 months even though we are dismissed but any company as per as policy after 45 days Experience letter would have been received Is. And till now they haven't even given salary slip, I contacted Ms Rupali who is the HR here many times but she also postponed every time no one is listening to us. Even before this, we have worked in many institutions, have experience of 3-4 years, we never got to face such.Because of these we are unemployed from 31st January because no company will hire us without experience letter or salary slip of previous company which they haven't provided us yet. Our economic condition is bad, due to being unemployed, I am going through many problems, for which only and only these institutions are responsible and the HR team here is in line with them.Now I want to tell you all about the CEO of the company Mr. Praveen Sharma, I think he should go into politics instead of running the company because what he is doing is just politics.
