I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. So you will feel like learning something here, hence it will be easier for you to switch companies that require real IT skills! Coworkers are freindly and help a lot to teach you about the product. Work from Office (except some circumstance), Below par Appraisal, 9 hours work (minimum), no overtime, no night shift, NO yearly promotion, less holidays and only 6 sick leaves/year. You may get call anytime of day and night outside of your working hours. You will work like a donkey without any recognization. If you work during weekends, you won't be given any extra day off or monetary comp. Stay away from this company if you are joining Support Team (For other departments, work is ok and recognization is given, expect Appraisal is below par). It was good before Covid now they do cost cutting in every section inspite increasing thier revenue.
