Party once in a month or two, relaxed fresher salary but inverse relationship to work. Good excel guidance from a person, and conceptual clarity from a person. If they both left then, would recommend join just for salary.

Certain individuals, who perceive themselves as the true proprietors, exhibit a domineering attitude and treat others as mere servants. Accountability is sorely lacking, with only a select few individuals willing to shoulder responsibility. The high turnover rate speaks volumes, as grand promises are made but rarely fulfilled.
