Service standards are really good.

Dislikes

They don't even respect employee. No promotion and salary increment, no bonus. Behaviour of the manager are very cheap. They don't call you for work properly. No basic pay nothing. No benifit at all.

Geolog is a good company to work amongst other, because it is the only International company who giving only Mud logging service. So, company policies stick only for Mud logging and Advance services related to Mud logging.

Dislikes

Job security is uncertain because of poor management of rotation. Base to base management level changes is one of the big disadvantage for company. Salary structure also varies in same designation and base to base. Few field employees suffer due Internal politics of management in some bases....Read More
