Overall its a good company unless until you are doing work with your honesty. There is only problem is that work load which comes from upper end. If you are able to handle such situation its nice place to work. Salary wise its good.

Overall company is good, except some regions

There is no KPI parameters for normal employees, KPI / score only for branches (BMs), in HO KYC dept is not supportive, always not picking calls whenever required. Staffs strength insufficient in KYC dept.

Work pressure is far lesser compared to other broking firms and the managers are also very supportive and gives proper training and gives good support . More over the company leave policy is also good ( only after getting job confirmation NOT IN PROBATION PERIOD )
