If you want stable start .. it is best opportunity for you.. as far as salary is a bit of average but overall its good organisation.. pressure is moderate.. but can handle easily if you are a hard worker.

Worst company culture. Senior co workers always tries to eliminate you from the concern to protect their presence. I have joined as Equity dealer only but....!!! Company has to concentrate on some legal statutory things also. They say alternate Saturday as leave but they pressure you to present in office even in Sunday. I don't like nothing about geojit.As i h have joined recently but the BM and RM are treating like gulam... As equity dealer they said me u have target of generate brokerage only but now after joining they are forced to cross sell the product as I have gaenrating brokerage of 3-4 times of my salary but still they are threatening me for LOP for not cross selling the various product..

As in geojit I need leaves because of some family problems but as we have sick and casual leave in HRMS but they they apply leave in as LOP ..As I have faced this many times..And rules for every employee are different..For some employees they grant leaves in casual and sick leave.. As 2 nd and 4 th Saturday we have holiday for company still they call us and give work for entire day and they are threatening to us that to work for Sunday too now......Read More

It was a franchise. No proper training and assistance. Before so called training period was over I was asked to leave coz I couldn't achieve Target in my first month. People who were already working didn't like me coz then their commission will be reduced so they did best to ruin my reputation n also forbade me to call potential customers n behind my back they took over those customers. In office hours they r busy with personal ph call n making utube video for so called channel. Talking about the owner well lack of professionalism. Max workers were women n he was busy helping them in different locations to achieve Target. Praying at workplace is very shocking I never seen that in any big or small company.... There is no KPI parameters for normal employees, KPI / score only for branches (BMs), in HO KYC dept is not supportive, always not picking calls whenever required. Staffs strength insufficient in KYC dept.

Work pressure is far lesser compared to other broking firms and the managers are also very supportive and gives proper training and gives good support . More over the company leave policy is also good ( only after getting job confirmation NOT IN PROBATION PERIOD )
