Gives you trainings on wide range of machines.

1) No incentives from last 2 years. 2) Manager politics,cluster head politics. 3) No proper job location,where to work, calling and sending engineers from one city to another to work. 4) Sending untrained engineers & new joinees for highend machine service. 5) All the head managements have left the company and no one to lead the teams

Teammates are supportive, company provides training, salary is good, finance approves as per standard but politics comes which makes some poor impact on the company

No appraisal as such given to some employee close to managers and have to work 12 to 14 hrs a day with every day traveling
