I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Job security and free time but only at Head office not at site office

Dislikes

Zero skill development, no work life balance, hr not listening to your problems, very bad management, never join in projects, always prefer joining in head office or manufacturing plant otherwise leave the job. At site projects there is no Saturdays and Sundays off. And timing 9 to 6 is only shown on records but most of the time you have to work 2-3 hours more and that extra work doesn't count. This toxic environment and they demanding a 3 year bond from the new joining. Join other metering company like secure meter, polaris, intellismart they are 1000 times better than genus...Read More
