Bad work environment and culture. Higher management is transparent & very good but middle management is not skilled & very crupt. Company policy are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike. Teammates are very supportive.

Dislikes

There is a lot of policies and the management does not address our issues. Every times salary deducted without information or any perfect reasons.
