I am new in software development and in initial stage I don't know anything, but the staff and HR team members of this company give confidence and time which helped me a lot, spend money and buy the courses we asked for. There is no discrimination here, everyone is equal. I like a lot of things. They spend money organized a spoken English class for employees to improve their communication skills. We have any problem in personal life or work environment, once we inform to Hr team or employees, they take immediate action and provide solution as soon as possible. I haven't seen such team work colleagues anywhere. My whole team is very supportive to me. Can learn a lot from seniors guidance. Work life balance maintained well. From the top to the bottom level management all are very friendly and supportive.
