There is nothing much to like in this company, because just after joining HR will reveal their policy that there will be deduction of 10,000 if you don't complete 1 year. Also there is no mediclaim facility provided from company, they don't even provide proper reimbursements, They don't even encourage field sales, just after joining they would ask for targets from you

All dislikes have been mentioned in the Likes Section, Additional to that if you want your FNF to be settled in a proper way(which is just on paper) you would be asked to provide a video of 45 seconds in which you have to praise a lot about company, then only they will proceed with your FNF. 1 st thing they use a tactics of demoralize pepple before who they are hiring. How? Listen then they will call you ask to come for a interview then they will reject you. Then after some months they will call you again and then they will tell u ur a good candidate then waiting for sometime and u will recived offer letter which will be less than ur previous one. And the more story on the below..... If you are someone who has a oil factory or a tanker with you congrats you are in their selfish zoo then. The most selfish, illogical company in the market. They are looking for and also offering salary to the candidates from there current salary. How? Then listen If you check your salary format provided by them in your offer letter in the excel sheet check each and every components and use calculator. After that when u check your previous salary u can check then hav done manipulation in the pf, and many more section. Ed, cbi raid also happened multiple times in their office. They manipulate in everything from salary to there balance sheet. There you have to worked just like a salve after that if you have done that then congrats face the criticism from the manager and also they will harrras you or jealous of you if you doing your work properly. 1. Worst culture in PSS team (especially) 2. The general manager recruitment always interfere in personal life and insult like anything. She can abouse physically also. 3. Worst incentive structure. 4. You will give your everything still you will not get any motivation. 5. Moreover worst place to work in permanent staffing solution team. I will never recommend anyone.
