Work culture is good, poor management, policies aren't suitable for anyone. Salary is on time, for Paid Leave if you have 12; it will be reduced to 7 automatically after financial year.

Dislikes

No 5days working policies; if you have shown your best side to management they will not value it, if you show your oiling skills, they will reward you(like other corporates).

Work Details

The company is situated between Eco Park & City Centre Rajarhat. So if they're is any political rally Or any Summit is happening the road will be closed and you'll not get any proper transport. After 7:30 buses are not available that much.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
