No vision by the leaders. Leadership is terrible with all talk and no work. Lots of pretenders and too much politics. All managers think they know everything. They can literally talk about anything and everything. They love to look good in front of their managers and take credit for themselves. No proper recognition and too many egos. The place has become rotten and leaders got promoted in bundles and have know working level skill or technical knowledge. There is beginning to get a big disconnect from Headquarters and it is getting quite clear that they are not finding any value. All expats who came to TCI have all left back....Read More
