Salary, Benefits and Promotions are not upto the mark. With respect to work satisfaction you will be bored doing same tasks daily. Also, one disadvantage of joining General mills is 3 months notice period.

Culture of Nashik plant is worse. forced engineers to work for more than 24 hours continuously sometimes. North indian lobby. Management harasses Marathi staff members. a lot of corruption by senior management at plant. a lot of shouting happens. worst work culture. no good value. they give ppr performance rating to target some employees and ask them to resign. Every year after performance appraisal they terminate services of some employees. No job security. even for trifle mistake they ask employees to resign. The age gap with others . Every employee should join after the age of 25 so that would be better and the notice period is 90 days .

1st level managers are not behaving properly with the respective team members, doing lots of micro management & unscheduled meetings conducting apart from office time.
