- Company has great employee 1st culture - Collaborative culture across both US and India teams - High learning curve in 1st 2-3 years - Hybrid ways of working - Very minimal micro management and politics within teams

- Even though there may be many positives with respect to culture and WLB , Indian management is not sure about how to develop career paths for the individuals. There is a program called IDP but it is not working for majority of employees - Internal moves are very difficult to achieve and the managers from other functions have monopoly whom to hire. Minimal transperency in internal moves. Sometimes people at higher ranks are swiftly moving without even firm background of the role they apply while people at lower strata are disrespected multiple times even after having required skills. - Slow decision makers across the board - Everything is good until the stock price goes down - Too much focus on maintaing %share of women employees across company than on meritocracy and skills one brings to the table...Read More
