There is solution based approach to problems. Everybody is very helpful. As the operation of the US is done from Indian, it really broadens the learning horizon. It's boosts your confidence as you talk with people of different backgrounds and solve the problems.

Skill development - Good
Company culture - Excellent
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

The growth is very slow. A lot of repetitive and non value added work is asked to be done as there is fear of losing the job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
