There is substantial gap between what the company projects and what happens in reality at Nashik Plant 1. Hiring is done based on perception of great culture which is limited to the Head office only 2. Plant works with philosophy of extreme Strech and low resourcing 3. High performing employees from good companies come in, experience the toxic culture and exit quickly 4. There is no separation of work and life, as its a 7-day working factory, and the employees are expected to be at office 6 days 5. Routine 24X7 call availability expected 6. Poorly designed jobs with misleading JDs 7. Appraisals are a joke with high degree of favoritism 8. Disregard for personal lives 9<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Is 22-28 LPA possible at 4 YoE (DevOps/SRE)?

Hi all, I'm currently making 11 LPA at a product based company as a DevOps/SRE Engineer. I never switched as I was learning a lot here. I am pretty good with leetcode, can solve most mediums in 15 mins. My strongest skills are Kubernetes, CI/CD, Python scripting and backend devlopment. I also have a CKAD certificate and a GCP cloud certificate. I want to know how much I can realistically make if I switch in the next 6 months.
