The team i was working with was toxic my manager was expecting me to work at home after leaving the office and the sr manager too supported it, he requires the update in every 2 minutes of giving the work This is the worst company for the contractual employees the partiality is seen and they just end the contract according to their needs without consulting The team is not at all supportive whenever leave is needed or leave taken Also at the time they just fake promise of taking on the general mills payroll even after working good and completing work on particular deadlines and quality working of 2.5 yrs they didn't take on the payroll reasons being that they don't have the headcound Great company for the full time employees but worst for the contract employees...Read More

Managers ensures that you are promoted or appraised because you are a married women soon have responsibilities of a child . Won’t let go to other roles because they will lose their team member . The managers in this org ensures you have no growth you can continue in the same role for minimal growth

Culture of Nashik plant is worse. forced engineers to work for more than 24 hours continuously sometimes. North indian lobby. Management harasses Marathi staff members. a lot of corruption by senior management at plant. a lot of shouting happens. worst work culture. no good value. they give ppr performance rating to target some employees and ask them to resign. Every year after performance appraisal they terminate services of some employees. No job security. even for trifle mistake they ask employees to resign.
