There is substantial gap between what the company projects and what happens in reality at Nashik Plant 1. Hiring is done based on perception of great culture which is limited to the Head office only 2. Plant works with philosophy of extreme Strech and low resourcing 3. High performing employees from good companies come in, experience the toxic culture and exit quickly 4. There is no separation of work and life, as its a 7-day working factory, and the employees are expected to be at office 6 days 5. Routine 24X7 call availability expected 6. Poorly designed jobs with misleading JDs 7. Appraisals are a joke with high degree of favoritism 8. Disregard for personal lives 9. Below market compensation for most employees 10. Culture of Nashik plant is worse. forced engineers to work for more than 24 hours continuously sometimes. North indian lobby. Management harasses Marathi staff members. a lot of corruption by senior management at plant. a lot of shouting happens. worst work culture. no good value. they give ppr performance rating to target some employees and ask them to resign. Every year after performance appraisal they terminate services of some employees. No job security. even for trifle mistake they ask employees to resign.
