Mr. Ravi Bajpai is Great Politician & he has to play politices in every time weather it is in fever to company or not, he survive due to his politics. There is nothing to like about working there, Management is directionless. It is a group of highly incompetent people. Only autocracy rules no employee benefit taken into consideration. From last many years no body got promotion, no fixed date for salary reimbursement, no growth, management is more interested in shared services instead of increasing sales, HODs are good for nothing, rather than working in one's domain, to save their skin they downplay and blame other departments</mark>.
