Making corporate, hr etc policies.

Dislikes

People just tend to follow the leader blindly even though the direction provided is incorrect. Nobody has the guts to point out the mistakes on the boss. Things are often not properly monitored, the leaders are not aware of the issues so that they can actually fix them.

The only thing that was good for me in that organization was team mates who were extremely helpful

Dislikes

I was pregnant in this organization and expected some support. I was unlucky enough to have a very hypocrite and bossy boss. How ironic is it that today she is in same organization proposing gender equality when actually I was kicked out and my contract was not renewed only because I was pregnant. I am sorry to say this but her superior also never supported me. racism aside.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
