The only thing good about this company was that the salary arrived in time almost every month.

If there would have been a negative star for company culture, compensation and benefits I wouldn’t have hesitated to give them that.work life balance was a disaster because the boss would want the employees to work till 9 p.m every day without any extra pay.if you object , you will be welcomed with taunts and mental harassment. Inspite of working there for more than one year they did not give me my righteous bonus.there were no benefits for the employees.no employee discount,no PF,no medical insurance,in short nothing except the salary and their negative taunts.they fired a employee who worked for 5 years in that company without notice.so there was basically no job security. The boss would harass the employees over her personal frustration at home and personal relationships.there was no facility provided.they keep freshers at minimum wages.there was no appraisal.when employees go and talk about appraisals and bonus’s they were told to resign.the management themselves tried to forge politics between the employees. The tofficial timings were 10 to 7 just for the sake of it but they would keep the employees working till 8 sometimes till 9. I just want to warn anyone who wants to join this company.they will treat you as their slave in return of the minimum salary they pay and will not let you live your personal life in peace.so try and avoid this company....Read More

The work was good as long as the boss dint come to office.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
