Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. I attend professional development sessions which was arranged by old management. Through this am able to improve my skills and knowledge. Salary is good.

My colleagues are friendly and cooperative.but our coordinators never disclose any matter related to the school till the last minute eg: meetings, timetable, holidays etc. I never seen that they would discuss with the teachers about school related decisions,ask suggestions to us.
