Worst management and worst culture getting salary is not the main moto of any job , getting salary out of good service is very much necessary and they are not giving the authentic mid range gemstones to customers making fake lab certificates and not giving support to their employees as well. If you ditch your own executives in all respects who represent the company its meaning less. There is no management only cheaters can survive under this shelter which is common in our society . Heavy politics by management even manipulating the turnover after the end of the month . Hr doesn't know any thing. I had word with HR team member ( raksha ), she doesn't even ready to tell the company shift timings properly and asking me to be available till 12:30am night starting to 9:30 morning. With saying 3 rotational shifts. When asked the shift timings she said she only knows about the one shift timings and others not properly. And asking me to join in such situations. She doesn't have a ethical way to talk even. Not recommend to join such company where informations are not transparent with the employees....Read More
