Good for those guys who belive in hard work is the key to success. Keep you self always motivated and there is freedom to take self design.

Dislikes

Keep your self motivated, No one will appreciate your potential. Management always come to you with new advices but without any support. Sales people are responsible for all the activities.

Work Details

The job was quite interesting, there was no formal training sessions. I learnt everything from customers applications. I got a test of different role within the same team.

Even though it was five days week yet work and personal life balance and communication gap between employee and management (seating in Mumbai)
