Within the Product Team , the culture is great. Managers, analysts, designers and devs all work with together in harmony. Sr PMs are always open to hearing ideas and provide great mentorship as well. Devs are very flexible specially the dev TL is extremely capable and always helps out whenever i have a technical doubt.

Dislikes

Cross team collaboration could be a bit better and a bit of vision alignment amongst all team members would help a lot.

There is a healthy and friendly working enviornment where everyone maintains a welcoming approach. There is transparency in Management. Overall, it is a good place to work maintaining work life balance.

Dislikes

There is no strategised way of working and a bit of visible favourism not on management level but on team level which affects ground level employees defication, which should be worked upon.

Inter team relations are great at Geekster. Peers and colleagues are always ready to help you till any extent, frequent team building activities which increases co-ordination and trust between employees.

1. Geekster has supportive teammates, abundant learning opportunities. We can directly connect to the founders and team leader which is rare. Other team members are also very kind to work with.

This is the worst company… His sales head Mr. Zaid Ahmed and sales manager Mr. Ahsan Ahmed they both are partial… do not join this company. This the worst decisions of my life to chose Geekster as a career opportunity… and company don’t have hiring partners at all they are making fool to the customers so don’t take any courses from Geekster… they just charging the money 99000/- or 75000/- to the customers but they are not providing any facilities infact whoever are working in Geekster they are not satisfying at all.
