For freshers it’s good however for long term growth there is no learning

Everyday the central team make sure to come up with new process which makes the work process very lengthy and time consuming. As per the level of position in the company, work from home are allotted accordingly which is very wrong as it should be equal for all the employees. Also the clients which are onboard, most of the time they have half or no knowledge at all, how study abroad industry works and which makes our work more hectic as we have to spoon feed everything to them or else they will complain to our upper management. There is so much of micro managing in each tasks, as they have allotted TAT in the system eg- task on miscall from client (company gives phone to us), task on query etc etc. On top of that daily calling should be 1-2 hrs and also meeting per day with clients. Feels like we are in call center. Geebee was really very good earlier days, however after the merger with leap making it worst day by day. Everyday shortlisting reaches up to 15 however between that we have to manage everything calls, meeting, internal team meeting, university meeting. I guess i can write a book may be about the dislikes. Well let me first start with this name, Swati Sachdeva, she is the whole and sole reason why Australia team got screwed. Sonu Sir, Rajnish, Snehita, Avneet, Meghna, Apurva, Pranshu, all these people were the pillars and strength and as soon as Swati entered the team, she made sure to start with dirty politics, unnecessary gossip sessions with her 2 favorites, Shweta Gala and Tanya, both of them got promoted and appraisal for watching youtube videos online, coz the tie ups were going, no one bothers to check their laptops. Absolutely nothing. I have met worst people in my no work ethic ..very dominating very manipulative seniors.have zero knowledge of portal and systems. If you ask something they will go to their seniors and then come n tell you what to do. The worst senior counselor Priyanka kotecha from USA visa team never join her team even if you are joining this company

Everything. Literally everything.they make. Your life hell if you talk logically and put correct points. They will force you to say some nonsense illogical person a " boss" who has zero quality of a senior also.

If you are a workaholic person and loves to keep your mind busy all the time then join this company. It will help you a lot to learn new things about education industry and will keep you busy all the time.

The work culture is terrible. there is no me time no personal life space. You will have to work on weekends also and it will be repeated otherwise you cannot manage or complete your work. They don't listen problems at all you'll never get any solution. And you have to spend more than 8 hours shift to complete your work. No appreciation of work no incentives no extra pay poor appraisals.
