Everyone is same for Managment who working for 13 months who joined recently all will got 5 % increment even the inflation rate is 7-8 %. Top management change the rating without informing the Reporting manger. Thye set the example 2-3 person can't feed the dog but no one is responsible for feeding dog means no one is responsible for the deliveries of Project. top leave highering only their know people of other org and no one is joining in the IT team from last 90 days every one reads the review and don't join the company. No one in the PMo team is having any certification in the Project Managment and don't even know how to use the jira confluence. This company check your BGC after 1 year and if anything negative they didn’t give you any chance to explain or proof, they just believe on their vendors and throw out the company without giving any notice. In this company the worst HR is Tanishq Singh they do not know how to talk people so I completely agree please do not join this company until unless this is not last company in the world.
