Worst company ever. The worst process is RTI - ED. Manager is very bad and rude, the whole management team is with him. Target is more that salary worth. You have to extend 2-3 hours to complete the target. Management is not taking any action on manager even if they are wrong. In RTI - ED you don't have any personal life. No matter how bad they are , we have to b good with them , everything is idiotic there , we have beg everyone such a shit thing , i really tried to kill myself so many times . No one supports us , if we raise our voice against their bad behaviour. Everything is running based on partiality. We have to be nice with TL's, Managers , teams , and HR' s .....
