Actually when ppl clearing OJT / Training Period as per Performance they're saying As to Leave the Company I meant to say , how can you guys judge someone soon and removing ppl from Company, if someone not understanding the process then you should keep another options and transfer to another process... Management also not Supporting, and TL & Trainer was talking backwards , & Politics going on them internally. And salary also too much less .Compare to Others Healthcare Medical billing company.
