There is absolutely nothing to like about this company. This company is total fraud the entire management is unprofessional, liar, no respect towards anyone, Salary will be kept on hold for months for no reason, unsafe environment for females absolutely horrible higher ups. The management will harass employs to give resignation, the HR themself will say that they have contact in consultancy and will make sure that you don't get job any where else, straight up blackmail employees. This company is the worst of the worst. Do not join the company, I still don't know how this company is still operational for so many years. Actually when ppl clearing OJT / Training Period as per Performance they're saying As to Leave the Company I meant to say , how can you guys judge someone soon and removing ppl from Company, if someone not understanding the process then you should keep another options and transfer to another process...
