Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? There are several things that I like about working there but the major thing is most of the time we don't do anything. We just chiling at cafeteria all the time I'm from TnS department.

Dislikes

There are tons of partiallity between agent and overheads. Overheads (TnS and GUO) think that they are the owner of this company but they forgot that they are just a f*cking employee of this firm.

Worst Management ever I have seen. People are not recognising the person who performing well and who have knowledge about the job roll. If you need promotion then you have to follow the oiling and buttering process.

Some colleagues were too good.

Dislikes

Management doesn't recognize the process knowledge. Quantity of work is more important than quality of work. Job security is 0. Scope of skill development is 0. The behaviour of some overheads is terrible. Some people don't know how to behave. Horrible shift timings. No Cab facility for Morning shift. Some people who are not qualified to be agents or associates are sitting as TL and QA.
