Except work life balance and leave policies, I didn't find anything which I could mention here.

Dislikes

No job security, monthly you will get a news from CEO that they are doing cost cutting . Lots of politics in increment and promotion, they will tell you 100's of reason for not promoting and not giving increment, but there no bar for guys who do buttering. Very poor increment and promotions. No travels. No new learning at all, no training, if you ask anything related to training or which need to be there in team, they will say for everything NO Budget. No innovative work....Read More

Work culture is good but not work, nothing innovative. They will expect 24x7 to work from you and when it comes to increment/promotion they will say No Budget.
