The senior managers do not give enough space to next-in-line managers to work and excel. In my case, after couple of weeks of my start, manager gave feedback in a very accusative and ambiguous way without verifying what had come to him through my subordinate was true or not. It appeared as if he was looking for something against meand jumped as soon as someone said something. There was a constant interference..
