Most beautiful campus. Pride of working for Aviation. Enormous knowledge sharing by US counterparts as well and tonnes of documents. Very good workscope. Not like a service provider. Not like low end job. Allows job rotations provided it is lead by employee himself/herself. Quiet people Miss out often.

Dislikes

Performance assessment makes one more insecure than more motivated. Seniors pick and choose projects and entry points into younger team members project based on the likelihood of limelight and guaranteed success rather than taking up the difiicult projects/likely to fail projects. Word collaboration is twisted for formalising stealing from juniors. Boisterous kind of people more likely to succeed. Simple, quiet, hardworking people end up getting more gyaan on how to improve performance. Individual contributor sustainability beyond 15 yrs exp is not for the faint hearted. Extremely tough scary goals set upfront. Insecure feeling lingers on and on due to fear of failure. Loyalty or past accomplishments mean nothing for current year assessment. Job change to new domain at higher experience level is almost suicidal as he/she may not be able to exceed/meet expectations in initial years of change. Okay work culture, Legacy. Exposure to broader Global Aviation business, manufacturing industry workspace, Partner business IT modeling etc.

Dislikes

Lots of bureaucracy, lack of clarity on vision of organization by local leadership. Severely lacking in employee engagement, skill training, employee friendly processes.
