The work culture is generally positive. I appreciate having my own dedicated responsibilities as a photographer and editor, which allows me to focus on my tasks effectively. Our director Ashish Sir, has been very supportive. His leadership is motivating, and he always makes time to listen to any concerns we may have, which is greatly appreciated. Dislikes

While I value the independence in my role, I find that there are limited opportunities for growth and development. I rely on self learning through online resources, and more structured support or mentorship would be very helpful. There is often an uneven distribution of work. At times, there is little to no work to do, yet I am required to remain in the office. Conversely, when tasks do come, they tend to arrive in bulk, which can be overwhelming. I often receive the same tasks multiple times due to unclear or changing instructions, particularly for product details. It would be helpful to have clearer guidelines from the beginning to reduce the number of revisions. Apart from Diwali bonus, there are no other bonuses or medical facilities provided. Additionally, considering I am the only person handling all photography and editing-related tasks, I believe a higher salary would better reflect the level of responsibility I manage. As someone in a non-sales role, I believe having Saturdays off would help improve work-life balance and overall job satisfaction, as I currently only have Sundays off....Read More
