Unfair Treatment: The company shows favoritism towards certain employees, creating a toxic work environment. Promotions and opportunities for growth are given based on personal relationships rather than merit. This creates a sense of resentment and frustration among hardworking employees who feel undervalued. 3. Lack of Employee Appreciation: The company fails to recognize and appreciate the hard work and dedication of its employees. There is a lack of acknowledgment for achievements and a general indifference towards employee contributions. This lack of recognition further diminishes employee motivation and loyalty. 4. The workplace culture is toxic and detrimental to employee well-being. There is a lack of teamwork and collaboration, with a focus on individual competition rather than fostering a supportive environment. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
