The work environment at GD Goenka Public School has been exceptionally positive, and consequently, I don't have any negative aspects to highlight. Personally, I find it to be an excellent place to work, fostering a conducive and supportive atmosphere for professional growth.

Only I can say after doing job there for 1.5 years that it's totally worst institution in every aspects for spirited candidates. Management is totally unprofessional and unethical. Sycophants are nurtured there. No increments and no job security.

Overtime work without proper remuneration. Sycophants are nurtured. Unprofessional treatments. No respect with teachers. Average tenure of teachers are less than 3 months. School witnessed 6 principals in 6 years of its opening/inception. Highly unstable institutions. Spirited Teachers quit school within 3 months of joining.

The most important thing is that school not only focus on the holistic development of students but also of teachers. Good infrastructure with play ground make it's environment beautiful. All teaching and non teaching staff behaviour is nice and this create a beautiful work culture.
