The School authorities during lockdown-2 were forcing employees to come and shoot video lectures at one common place in the presence of professional video experts called from different region of the area. even when whole country was following the instructions. If we are not following the rules for survival of human race then obviously what we are going to teach to our students? The working culture and stability. Every years 20-30 teachers, leave the school.

Imbalanced here, even if the child is not writing anything in the answer book then also the teachers are forced to give 80%. Otherwise they will get an termination letter.
