Our boss is very supportive and teaches us a lot and I got to learn a lot here. The environment here is very good. Everyone teaches each other and teaches others. My bosses Manish Sir and Sanjeev Singh are very supportive and I got to learn a lot from them.

The company should think about its employees. There are some employees who have been working for less than 8 years, but their salary is still only ₹15000. In today's inflation, ₹15000 is nothing. People who come after them also get increment and their designation also increases.Those who leave early, leave the company and do not work honestly, they get everything but the one who works diligently at one place gets nothing. I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
