I had graduated in 2020 and in that year, I was not able to easily find a job. It was in November that I noticed that a vacancy was available for an intern at GBP Group. I applied because it did not necessarily required experience. When I ws hired, I was explained the work but I was still nervous because I have never worked in an office before and that too in a luxury real estate company. I have the habit of changing companies after a year only because of the environment in them. I have worked in 2 companies as of now and in both of them, the environment was not good so I could not just stay there when a year was over. As I joined GBP Group, I was much impressed with how the staff was. The employees working here do not welcome unlikely things such as politics. The prefer to work and realy dedicated themselves to that. This has ensured that the environment of the companies stays as positive and peaceful as possible. In my previous company, when I ad completed a year, I was waiting for my increment but it was not given to me. I am the only earning member in my family so I really needed that. I think that some changes can be made to the leave policy so as to make it more flexible than what it is right now. Employees like me who have a different hometown can use the flexibility of leaves to visit their families.
